TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ORDERING
Once you have completed your order we will send the order confirmation by email. The order confirmation will be delivered to email address you have entered in the checkout. When you place an order with a product that has a “backorder” stock status it has a longer processing time since Mooseland has to order it from a supplier. We will update you on your order status and let you know when your order is shipped. If you order several things together with a backordered items, the order will first be shipped when the backordered item is available due to the environment.
It is your responsibility to control that the order content and the provided billing and shipping information is correct and Mooseland can not be held responsible for mistake related to this included wrong contact and shipping information.
You will receive an order review invitation on your email 7 days after order completion.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay using credit card with Stripe, Klarna or Paypal. Mooseland doesn’t store any credit card data.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Moose land has the right to change product information or prices without notice due to campaign, price changes from suppliers are and updated images or product information from suppliers. Orders placed with incorrect prices will be cancelled and refunded to customers. Available product information reflects the actual product as much as possible. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact our customer service.
4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We process your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to send packages within 1-3 business days from when payment is obtained.
It takes about 2-7 business days for your order to arrive depending on where in the world it is sent. Please note that the shipping companies may take a few days longer to ship the parcels under great weekends/holidays, which we can not influence.
Delivery time is calculated from the day we send your order. For shipments to countries outside of EU delivery times will be longer.
The delivery will be sent using Postnord. It is the customers own responsibility to keep updated on the package status using the provided track and trace link upon order completion. If packages are unclaimed and returned to Moose land by Postnord the order will be regarded as a return and handled as the standard return process.
If Klarna is used as payment option the parcel will be sent to either your local pick up point or to your mailbox/door. This depends on what option is selected during checkout.
If the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. You will be notified when delivery at your door or in a bag on top of your box is complete. (SE)
In case of destroyed or broken items upon receiving your package, you have to contact us immediately so we can handle this by sending new items or reimbursing the order completely.
9 days after an order have been completed and sent to the costumer a review mail will be sent to the costumers email adress. This mail lets the costumer review the purchased products and also the store.
5. RIGHTS OF REGRET & RETURN
Within 30 days after you get your order you have the right to regret your purchase. This only applies to unbroken original packing/wrapping and in unused condition (clothes can be tried on). Free returns are only for customers in Scandinavia due to Postnord. Free return shipping labels are provided in every package for Scandinavian countries and is placed together with the order information and return form. Every order gets one free return shipping label and if more returns are needed it will be paid by the customer. We encourage you to return all items at once if you have multiple items to return as you only get one return label for every order. When we have received the returned product we will give a full refund on the order.
6. CUSTOMS & TAXES
Custom and tax rules differs a lot and it’s the costumers responsibility to find out which rules that applies for your home country.
If extra costs are added, such as customs duty or taxes, it’s the costumers responsibility to pay these. Mooseland cannot replace goods that are held by the customs, or pay fees in connection with such incidents. It’s the customers responsibility to check if there are any import restrictions for the products ordered.
7. Contact
Our customer service can be contacted through email (contact@mooseland.se) and due to documentation we prefer all dialogues to be written. We do our best to answer all emails within 48 hours during workday and our office is closed during weekends.

Mooseland, also spelled Moose Land, is the brand of a webshop that is a two-company name originated from the main company Dalslands Moose Ranch (organisation number 559009-5096).
