SHOPPING INFORMATION
- Send us an email with your order number and we will generate a free shipping label (QR code) that is send to your email. Print it out or show it to PostNord / local package drop off.
- Fill out the return form from your package and send it with you return package
- Wrap your return package properly and save the receipt from the post office
- You will automatically get refunded when we receive your package

Shipping costs can vary due to offers or deals and you can always see the full shipping cost during checkout. Generally shipping is 49 SEK in Sweden, 79 SEK in Europe and 500 SEK to US and Australia. Free shipping is available over 600 SEK only in Sweden.
We process your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to send packages within 1-3 business days from when payment is obtained.
It takes about 2-7 business days for your order to arrive depending on where in the world it is sent. Please note that the shipping companies may take a few days longer to ship the parcels under great weekends/holidays, which we can not influence.
Delivery time is calculated from the day we send your order.
Some of our products are sold out very fast, but most of them are back in stock in a matter of days. Come back soon or write us an email if there is something specific you’re looking for!
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Cancelling of an order needs to be done very fast after the order went through. If you have created a user you can see all orders and cancel in our system. Otherwise you can sent us an email and we will cancel it as fast as we can.
If the product already is shipped and on its way cancelling the order is not possible.
We offer three payment options. For our Swedish customers we offer Klarna, a Swedish payment system. For non-Swedish customers we offer PayPal and stripe (credit card).
Send us a mail and describe in detail what is wrong with the product, preferably pictures if it is regarding damaged items.
If the product was damaged before shipping or if we sent the wrong product, we will send a shipping label to your email that you can print out, put on the package and leave at your local post office.
It can happen that your payment does not go through due to different card or account situations. We can always see in our systems data the different reasons for a payment is failed, so please contact us if you are not sure and want us to help you.
